The 68th Annual Barnum Festival starts at the Bridgeport Holiday Inn, where this year's Ringmaster Jason Julian will receive his symbols of office' the Whip, the Whistle and P.T. Barnum's Watch at the annual Whip, Whistle & Watch Luncheon. This prestigious tradition is attended by more than 300 business, and community leaders and professionals.
