My name is Lucas Gelmetti and I am the 2011 Tom Thumb. Currently I'm in the fourth grade at St. Theresa's School in Trumbull, Connecticut. My favorite sport to play is basketball. I play for the school team and on the Trumbull Recreation team. I also play the alto saxophone in the school band.

My experience as Tom Thumb has been awesome. My favorite experience was riding in the convertible and being in the parades. Tom Thumb is such a great person and I was happy to represent him. I think everyone should try to be part of the Barnum Festival. It amazes me to know that I will always be the 63^rd Tom Thumb and a part of Bridgeport. Tom Thumb was one of the greatest moments of my life.
